OLGA BATURA: ABOUT THE FUTURE OF INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIES

Olga Batura, head of real estate and PPP practice at Duvernoix Legal, comprehensively analyzed all issues related to the high-profile bill No. 1023225-7 "On amendments to the Urban planning code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation", which was submitted for consideration to the State Duma of Russia.

The bill defines the procedure for the demolition and reconstruction of apartment buildings and changes the mechanism for implementing projects for integrated sustainable development of territories (KURT).
