The M-11 "Neva" is the first high-speed highway to be built from scratch in the post-Soviet history of our country. This is the largest federal investment road project in modern Russia, where the Italian-Turkish consortium ICA became the general contractor for the construction of sections 7 and 8 of the M-11 highway.
ROLE OF DUVERNOIX LEGAL
Duvernoix Legal’s specialists provided full legal support to the Italian-Turkish consortium ICA during the construction of sections 7 and 8 of the M11 highway. This included consulting on project implementation under the concession agreement and EPC contract, provision of continuous support by Duvernoix Legal’s lawyers to the operational activities on the construction site, handling claim settlement and litigation, and interaction with Russian government authorities.
