Anna is a specialist in taxation, accounting and audit of accounting and tax reports. She advises large Russian and foreign companies on tax issues. She is the author of a unique methodology for determining the value of intangible assets, which is used at large defense enterprises in Russia. Anna has more than 15 years’ experience as a tax consultant/auditor.
Anna has experience in supporting organizations in the framework of tax audits, pre-trial settlement of tax disputes, and tax Due Diligence. Participates in projects on the methodology of accounting and tax accounting, conducting tax audits for the purpose of identifying tax risks, as well as experience in preparing documentation for controlled foreign companies under the rules of Chapter 3.4 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
In 2002, Anna graduated from the economics department of the Omsk State Institute of Service. In 2003, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation assigned her the qualification of “Auditor” with a General Audit degree. In 2007 she passed her Ph.D. defense., and a degree of “Candidate of Economic Sciences” was awarded. Since 2017, Anna has been a member of Sodrughestvo, the self-regulatory organization of auditors . Annually, Anna passes advanced training at the St. Petersburg University of Economics.
Anna began working in the administration of the city of Omsk as an employee of the audit department, where she was involved in verifying the financial and economic activities of subordinate organizations. Then she continued her work in St. Petersburg as a tax consultant in a large Russian company. In July 2018, she moved to Duvernoix Legal as a tax consultant
